Key Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle recruitment across multiple business functions — from sourcing and screening through to interviewing and offer management
- Partner with hiring managers to uncover manpower needs and craft targeted, results-driven recruitment strategies
- Proactively hunt for the right talent through job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and referral channels
- Lead structured candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and organisational fit
- Build and nurture strong talent pipelines that keep the business ahead of both current and future hiring demands
