- Human Resources
- To assist in recruitment preparation by communicating with candidates and schedule interview.
- Coordinate with HR Assistant Manager / HR Manager to organize education and training.
- To assist in developing, implementing enforcing the HR policies.
- Assist in reconciliation report for monthly HR reports submission by the HR Assistant Manager / HR manager.
- To assist on upkeep of employees' record and maintain effective filing system.
- Administration
- Provide, clerical and office administrative support.
- Liaison with relevant local authorities for license and permit application matter.
- To take charge of office stationery inventory control & distribution.
- To monitor and up to date all documentation in order.
- Any ad-hoc tasks that may be needed or assigned by management from time to time.
