Job Description
- Lead and manage all Human Resources functions for the pre-opening and operational phases of the property.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals and labor regulations.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for pre-opening manpower requirements, including sourcing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Establish and maintain employee records, HR systems, and organizational structure for the new property.
- Manage employee relations, including discipline, grievance handling, and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Develop and implement training programs, orientation, and employee engagement initiatives.
