Job Description
Core Job Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. They also manage onboarding to ensure new hires integrate smoothly.
- Payroll & Benefits: Maintaining accurate employee records and collaborating with Finance to ensure timely salary payments, CPF contributions, and the administration of medical insurance or leave entitlements.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensuring all HR activities align with local labor laws, such as the Employment Act in Singapore, and updating the employee handbook.
- Employee Relations: Acting as the first point of contact for staff grievances, disciplinary issues, and general inquiries regarding company policy or workplace culture.
