We are looking for a Recruiter for one arm of our 4 businesses: Wise Owl Headhunters
Wise Owl Headhunters is an Employment Agency with a Valid EA License under MOM.
Job Scope:We will provide the leads from various Job Boards and Advertisements.
Your duty as a Recruiter would be to contact the leads, filter them well, and conduct Zoom interviews to qualify them.
We are recruiting for the insurance industry (Do note that we are not an insurance firm)
It would be an added advantage if you could headhunt candidates who are willing to join insurance too.
Experience in conducting interviews charismatically is a must have.
Good relationship management with clients is a must have too.

Payscheme:- $3,000 - $4,000 Basic Salary with CPF
- Commissions upon valid candidate placement
