Job Description
Responsibilities
- Maintain all personal related data files and ensure validity of requirements such as visa, medical insurance card, security pass, license, etc.
- Prepare annual leave plan for all staff.
- Coordinate with the HR Department to facilitate leave forms, salary certificates, etc.
- Prepare KPI reports.
- Manage all requirements concerning labor camp and transportation.
- Manage all allocated vehicles, ensuring insurance, CNIA pass and registration are valid.
- Prepare purchase requests for spare parts and consumables, and coordinate with suppliers for delivery.
- Perform any other related duties and projects assigned by the direct supervisor from time to time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential.
