Key Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including supervisory responsibilities.


• Manufacturing or industrial HR experience required.


• Experience managing ADP payroll processing for 2,000 employees preferred.
