Job Description
Overview
4 days per week in office - Montreal office.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR business partner to business services teams in the Montreal and Quebec offices, and to practice groups.
- Lead the HR team and oversee key activities and processes, including recruitment, onboarding, orientation, payroll, performance management, development, coaching, compensation reviews, leaves of absence, and departures.
- Approve payroll activities for the Montreal office.
- Work closely with office managing partners, the Legal Support Services Manager, and business services leaders.
- Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations and program administration, ensuring efficient processes and maintaining well‑organized, up‑to‑date documentation and records.
