Employee Engagement & Culture Building

• Plan and execute team‑building activities, celebrations, and cultural events to foster a vibrant workplace atmosphere
• Drive initiatives to enhance employee morale, belonging, and cross‑team collaboration
• Create and maintain a positive, inclusive office environment that reflects company values

Internship Program Management

• End‑to‑end management of the Future Star internship program, including recruitment, onboarding, and development
• Build and maintain partnerships with top‑tier universities across Malaysia and the region
