The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Human Resources Assistant (Recruitment and Placement), providing support in recruitment and placement services for assigned organizations Air Force wide. Responsibilities Performs recruitment and placement support activities for a range of lower-graded positions. Codes and processes a range of personnel actions in automated systems. Assists higher graded specialist in researching data and drafting responses to customer inquiries. Provides support assistance in planning, monitoring, and conducting special studies, projects, and initiatives.
