Job Overview
The HR Associate provides day-to-day HR support across the organization. This role partners closely with the HR team and leadership to support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR operations, while ensuring a positive and professional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including job postings, interview coordination/participation, reference checks, and candidate communication
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including orientation, offer letters, and benefits materials
- Administer employee programs (e.g., transit, parking) and manage related logistics
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, audits, eligibility tracking, and open enrollment support
