JOB SUMMARY: 
Provides comprehensive, proactive, strategic, and day-to-day human resources support to assigned customer groups or locations. This role creates partnerships across the HR and business functions to deliver value-added services to management and teammates, reflective of the organization’s objectives. 
ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES: 
Builds and maintains strong, trusting and transparent relationships with teammates and leadership. Provides recommendations to HR team on creating and maintaining an engaged workforce. Coordinates related initiatives. 
Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions. 
Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs. 
Supports assigned departments with change management.
