• Availability to go to offices in Guadalajara.
• Excellent communication in both English and Spanish.
• Able to manage a high number of employees.
• Able to work as a team and maintain open communication.
• Able to adapt quickly to a fast‑paced company and new processes.
• Assisting employees while at work.
• Work closely with management to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.
• Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees.
