Human Resources Business Partner

As the business enters its next phase of growth in Malaysia, we are looking for a hands-on HR Business Partner to support organizational expansion and build a high-performing team.

This role serves as the sole HR representative in Malaysia and is best suited for someone who enjoys operating independently in a lean and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work closely with business managers to drive recruitment, support organizational growth, and establish key positions required for business expansion.

HR Duties

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding in the Yonyou ATS system.
• Manage the application, renewal, cancellation, and related administration of Employment Passes (EPs) and other work passes for foreign employees.
• Ensure HR policies and practices comply with Malaysian Employment Law and statutory requirements (e.g., HRDF, SOCSO, EPF, EIS)....
