Human Resources Business Partner

The Human Resources Business Partner will liaison between HR and business units, working closely with managers to ensure HR initiatives support organizational goals. Manages recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, training and development, workforce planning, and compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the talent acquisition process for assigned openings by sourcing, interviewing, and placement of candidates. Ensure timely completion of hiring and onboarding activities.
• Access talent opportunities and performance gaps. Partner with management to oversee talent planning, talent reviews, talent development, and succession planning.
