Human Resources Contractor (Fractional)

The Gathering Spot is hiring a fractional HR Contractor to add capacity to our growing people operations. This role owns the day-to-day execution of recruiting, employee relations, terminations, and policy compliance across our Atlanta and Washington, D.C. employee base. 
Responsibilities
Recruiting & Hiring

+ Source candidates and manage top-of-funnel recruiting across open roles in Atlanta and D.C.

+ Post jobs, screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers

+ Draft and send offer letters; manage candidate communication through hire date

+ Maintain applicant tracking and reporting on time-to-hire, source quality, and pipeline health

+ Coordinate background checks and reference checks

Employee Relations

+ Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employee questions, complaints, and concerns
