Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a global multinational organisation to appoint a Regional HR Director, based in Singapore. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving the people agenda across APAC within a high-growth and evolving business environment.
Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, you will serve as the senior HR business partner for the region, with accountability for strengthening HR capability across multiple markets while advancing the organization’s people strategy. The role focuses on elevating HR business partnering, driving talent and engagement priorities, and delivering initiatives that support sustainable growth. Operating in a scaling environment, you will translate global frameworks into practical, locally relevant execution while building and developing high-performing in-country HR teams.
