As our Human Resources Executive, you will:
Perform and ensure all daily Human Resources operational activities including, but not limited to, recruitment, performance management, staff engagement and retention.
Assisting in data entry and reaching out to applicants for pre-screening.
Providing administration support within recruitment function, i.e. filing of candidate’s records and updating candidate’s personal data on a timely basis.
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
To assist with employee engagement activities approved by the Management.
