Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handling and responsible for Recruitment, Orientation and On-boarding New Employees
- Prepare on salary moderation for new hire and salary adjustment to ensure market competitiveness
- Responsible in assisting in HR administration, procedures & policies.
- Manage staffs movement such as Promotion, Salary Revision & Termination, etc.
- Preparing and assists in Staff Performance Appraisal
- Responsible for Employee Relations and Support Services
- Assume responsibility of other relevant tasks as assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Possess good HR knowledge and understanding of Employment Act
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Independent, resourceful and possess high level of integrity
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
