Monday - Friday (Flexi Arrangement available) 
 Key Responsibilities  Support the HR Business Partner in day-to-day HR operations across Southeast Asia. 
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities for Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer administration. 
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely completion of documentation and employee records. 
Coordinate training and development initiatives, including training schedules and records management. 
Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records in compliance with company policies. 
Handle office administration and company asset management. 
Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects across the region. 
Support HR project.
