Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and employment offer administration.
Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation programs, and initial training to ensure a positive and effective integration experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR information systems.
HR Operations and Compliance Administer employee benefits, leave entitlements, and attendance tracking.
Coordinate monthly payroll activities and ensure timely statutory submissions (CPF, IRAS, MOM).
Support the preparation of HR reports, letters, and employment documentation.
Ensure compliance with the Singapore Employment Act and other relevant regulations.
