Human Resources Executive

Executive HR responsibilities are as follows:

• In depth understanding with local government benefits, i.e. SSS, Pag-ibig and Philhealth
• Understanding of Employee Relations and Philippines Labor laws.
• Support in reviewing and writing disciplinary action documents.
• Work closely with department leads (Team Leaders and Operations Managers) and manage expectations.
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Negotiate with employee representatives.
• Project management background within the Human resources department.
• Support with employee engagement and help shape our employer brand strategy.
