Human Resources Generalist
to join our team, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. This role is ideal for an HR professional who is experienced across employee relations, compliance, and performance management, and enjoys building systems and supporting organizational growth. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with supervisors and managers and develop and lead Landsong’s HR function, ensuring policies, programs, and practices align with legislative requirements and company values. Working within an Indigenous-owned organization grounded in Safety, Quality, Integrity, Innovation, and Respect, you will support meaningful heritage work by fostering a strong, engaged, and compliant workforce.
