Due our opening of our New Plant in Chihuahua City, we are looking for a well rounded Human Resources Generalist:Qualifications Bachelor's degree on Human Resources, or related area, preference a master's degree on Human Resources 5+ years of experience working in Human Resources on the areas of:
1) Labor relations and solving issues, Investigations of compliance2) Recruitment and onboarding of Salary positions3) Benefits and Compensation analysis, including and job pricing4) Performance and cycle Management5) Talent development, succession plans6) Training in soft skills, policies and HR procedures Bilingual, Spanish - English (Must) Experience in Manufacturing Environment Desirable experience in TRESS system Discretion and problem-solving to handle sensitive employee matters, team player.
