Human Resources Generalist

Job Description

• Going to serve as the primary onsite HR contact for a manufacturing facility
• Will be supporting 78 employees in the shop
• Main responsibilities include payroll support, benefits, leave administration, recruiting and employee services
• Goal of this placement is to bring back the basics in the HR department
• Will be running payroll (i.e. handling all exceptions and adjustments & payroll will actually submit it)
• Will assist with hiring and terminating individuals in the system (Paycom)
• Responsible for benefits open enrollment and life changing events (will work with broker on this)
• Assisting hiring managers with hiring posting job template on Indeed, scheduling calls / interviews, and coordinating teams to meet with the candidate
