Client : One of the largest Diesel Engines and Power Generators manufacturers in the US

Overview :

The People Support team is looking for someone to support afternoon/evening shift HR activities. The first couple weeks of training, hours will be M-F, 12-6pm. Once trained, hours will be M-F, 4pm-1am with a 1 hour break.

Duties:

• Handle all employee relations activities.
• Counsel and coach managers.
• Be the subject matter expert for HR policies.
• Own and update HR processes.
• Answer items in the Service Now ticketing system
