About the Role
We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish), detail-oriented and dependable HR Generalist to join our team in Los Angeles. This is a hands-on, field-facing role supporting a food production environment and retail stores. You will be the day-to-day HR point of contact for our workforce — ensuring compliance, documentation, and accountability across all HR functions. Complex employee relations matters, legal compliance questions, investigations, and policy interpretation are supported by our external HR advisory service and employment attorneys, allowing this role to focus on execution, follow-through, documentation, and accountability.
