- Minimum three (3-5) years’ experience in a similar role.

- Employee relations experience and ability to resolve issues.

- Experience with HRIS Systems, preferably WorkDay.
- Competent in computer software such as MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
