In this role, the Human Resources Generalist will be the main HR representative for a group of clinical and non-clinical departments. Job responsibilities may include maintaining licensure/clearance reports, handling employee investigations and corrective action, working on retention and engagement initiatives, and facilitating new hire orientation. Additionally, the HR Generalist will help answer HR office phone calls and provide assistance to employees and guests who visit the department.
This position primarily works onsite to effectively support our leaders and employees, though some remote flexibility is available.
