Responsibilities

• Take full accountability for the overall HR function and end-to-end execution across Huawei Singapore Rep Office, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and strategic alignment at all levels.
• Provide high-impact, forward-looking HR solutions to the Rep Office, and lead the full-cycle execution with measurable business outcomes, from problem diagnosis to sustainable implementation.
• Proactively surface and address critical pain points across organization design, talent depth, incentive effectiveness, workplace culture, and HR operational efficiency.
