Decision X is building the operating system for modern decision-making teams. We work closely with strategy, consulting, analytics, and business leadership teams to help them move faster and make better decisions through AI-native workflows.
We are an early-stage startup, which means high ownership, fast execution, and a steep learning curve. If you enjoy building from scratch, solving ambiguous problems, and working directly with founders, this role is for you.
Role: HR Intern
Location: Bangalore (preferred) / Hybrid
Duration: 3 Months ; converting to full time offer based on performance
Start Date: Immediate

This is not a traditional HR internship. You’ll work across both:
Talent Hiring & Recruiting
People Operations & Culture Building
You’ll directly work with the founders and help shape the team during the company’s early growth phase.
