Human Resources Lead

We are seeking an experienced, commercially minded, and hands‑on HR Lead to establish and lead the Human Resources function for a diversified holding group based in Abu Dhabi . The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the HR function from the ground up while partnering with senior leaders across the Group and its operating businesses. This role requires a commercially minded HR professional who can influence at all levels, drive organizational effectiveness, and deliver people strategies that enable business growth and performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree or relevant professional HR certifications
• 12–15+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles within startup, scale-up, entrepreneurial, or high‑growth environment
