The Catalyst Group is hiring an HR Lead (People & Talent Strategy) for its client, Intellia - a next-generation AI strategy and advisory firm.
Intellia operates at the intersection of AI, data, and strategy , working with governments and enterprises (primarily in the GCC) on high-impact, large-scale transformation agendas. With a consulting model inspired by firms like McKinsey & Company and Bain & Company, the firm is building a high-calibrated, globally competitive team.
Role Overview
This is a foundational HR leadership role focused on building and scaling the firm’s people function — from attracting elite talent to embedding a high-performance culture. You will work directly with leadership to shape how Intellia hires, develops, and retains top-tier talent in a global consulting environment.
