Position Scope:

Reporting to the Director, Human Resources & Labour Relations, the Manager will support Human Resources strategies and programs that drive people strategies that align with the organization’s vision, mission, and values.

The HR Manager is a key strategic business partner to internal clients across the organization providing HR support in labour and employee relations, performance management, recruitment, employee engagement and compensation/benefit.

The ideal candidate will have a background working in unionized environment and have demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner.
