Description  
Build relationships and partner with the managers and employees 
Administer the employee life cycle from talent acquisition to separation 
Coach and mentor managers on all employee relations processes 
Implement HR driven initiatives 

Minimum requirements  
Minimum bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related qualification. 
At least 5 years of managerial experience in Human Resources. 
Excellent communication abilities and interpersonal skills. 
Proactive, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 
Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
