Human Resources Manager

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities

1. HR Operations & Compliance

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, transfers, contract management, attendance, and offboarding
• Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws, airport authority requirements, and company policies
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data integrity
• Manage audits, documentation, and reporting requirements

2. Business Partnering

• Act as a trusted HR advisor to airport operations leaders
• Provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and performance management
