Job Description
The HR Manager is responsible for leading the Human Resources function within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring alignment with the business goals of the joint-venture entity. This role involves managing key HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and training while fostering a productive workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Management:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of the manufacturing facility and the joint-venture partners.
