Job Overview: Our client, a leading construction company in Puerto Rico, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager.
Based in San Juan, this role requires flexibility to travel frequently to multiple plants across the island.
The HR Manager will play a critical role in leading HR operations, overseeing union negotiations, creating robust processes, and ensuring compliance with labor and safety regulations (OSHA), in alignment with both Puerto Rican and U.S.
labor laws.
