Human Resources Manager

The HR Manager leads the full spectrum of Human Resources and Administrative functions for TR Malaysia. This role ensures a high-performing, compliant, and people-centric workplace by overseeing HR operations, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and adherence to Malaysian labour regulations, safety and compliance requirements, and customer-specific compliance standards.

This position requires a hands‑on, detail‑oriented HR professional who can balance operational excellence with strategic HR planning to support business growth, manufacturing productivity, and workforce engagement.
