Human Resources Manager, Southeast Asia

The Human Resources Manager, Southeast Asia provides Tier 2 HR consultation and advisory support to leaders, managers, and employees across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam. The role is based in Singapore and serves as the regional HR specialist for Southeast Asia, delivering expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, local employment laws, HR operations, compliance, employee lifecycle, statutory requirements, policy interpretation, organizational health, and employee engagement.
