Horizon Health Corporation is seeking an Human Resources (HR) Manager for a BRAND-NEW unit called Altru Behavioral Health Center in Grand Forks, ND. This unit will be a 24-bed inpatient unit for both adult and pediatric patients. We are also planning to expand to an additional 24 beds in 2026. Altru Health System and Universal Health Services are working together in expanding inpatient behavioral health services.
