Position Overview

The Human Resources Operations Anlayst ensures a complete HR service is delivered to the business in order to create an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes business excellence and ongoing development.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a business partner and an expert resource on local laws and regulations influencing the business.
• Ensure the utilization and improvement of HR core processes.
• Support the HR Manager in managing performance, development, and career processes.
• Organize trainings, and take necessary recording and evaluation.
• Serve as user and administrator of SAP HR and HR Portal.
• Handle new‑comer onboarding activities.
• Prepare monthly HR reports including overtime, absenteeism, recruitment, and HR updates.
