Human Resources Operations Associate (Visa Specialist)

Salt Talent Search is looking for an APAC Work Visa Operations Specialist for 12 months extendable contract role.
What Will You do: Case Management:
Manage high volumes of APAC immigration cases end-to-end, ensuring speed, accuracy, compliance, and a high-quality stakeholder experience. Vendor Management:
Collaborate with external immigration vendors to monitor case progress, ensure timely delivery, and escalate issues when necessary. Knowledge Management:
Create and maintain process documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources to support consistent operations. Contribute to automation and efficiency initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
