Human Resources Operations Specialist

Job Purpose:

Support and optimize HR Operations processes across the employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on US benefits administration, leave management, compliance, immigration coordination, and employee support. This role will drive operational excellence through process improvements, documentation, automation initiatives, and exceptional employee experience while partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of experience in HR Operations or People Operations with significant exposure to US benefits administration and compliance
• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM, including benefits processing, qualifying life events (QLEs), leave administration, employee lifecycle transactions, and compliance reporting
