Job Description
Job Title: Human Resources Partner for Retail
Responsibilities
- Maintain high-level communication with management to support business initiatives and objectives, focusing on improving the way we work to align with retail priorities.
- Drive the digital transformation of HR by identifying and implementing AI solutions and automation workflows to increase the speed and efficiency of people services.
- Ensure that staffing, union relations, and compensation & benefits for populations of over 500 employees are delivered timely and comply with labor legislation.
- Deploy initiatives from Centers of Excellence (TA, TM, and Rewards) to guarantee efficient implementation of corporate processes.
- Participate in annual salary rounds and promotions in accordance with the GSMS process, acting as a partner to the business for productivity analysis.
