Summary:
Location: Wilshire Blvd., Suite , Los Angeles, CA Duration: weeks Requirements: One () to three () years of demonstrated customer service experience in an internal HR, WFA, or benefits environment as a subject matter expert in one functional area, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in a complex higher education or hospital HR environment, preferably with UC experience. Working knowledge of PeopleSoft, Service Now, Visual Vault, and HR Web applications. Exceptional writing skills to articulate ideas clearly, concisely, and logically using grammatically correct language. Interpersonal skills to interact effectively with faculty, staff, administrators, and co-workers. Ability to provide world-class customer service.
