We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administration Specialist to join our team in Barcelona, and support HR operations in Spain. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, delivering high-quality support to employees, and contributing to the efficiency of HR processes in a dynamic, international environment.
Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee data in HR systems, including hires, changes and departures, ensuring all documentation (contracts, certificates, permits, etc.) is accurate and properly stored
Act as a point of contact for payroll, benefits, insurance providers and external authorities
Respond to employee queries related to employment matters, delivering a high level of support and service
