Summary THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (EMPL REL/PERF MGMT), Position Description Number T5930000 and is part of the ME HRO, National Guard. Responsibilities This position is located in the JFHQ-State Human Resources Office (HRO). This position performs work in two to four of the following HR specializations (Employee Benefits, HR Development, HR Information Systems, Military (AGR), Performance Management and Employee/Labor Relations, Position Classification, Recruitment/Placement and Compensation) servicing both Army (ARNG)and Air National Guard (ANG) full-time employees within the State.
