**HR SPECIALIST**
**100% Homeoffice**
**Must live in the Monterrey metropolitan area.**
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, training, human resources, or a related field.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- At least 2 years of experience managing onboarding processes and new hire integration.
- Proven ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies for a variety of roles.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel for tracking hiring metrics and reporting.
- Familiarity with employment laws, compliance regulations, and best practices in recruitment.
We offer**:25,000 to 30,000** pesos **NET** per month.
