Responsibilities

• Delivers offshore-based recruitment services to our clients in the US.
• Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
• Formats resume meeting clients’ expectations.
• Facilitates candidate and employer scheduling and coordination as well as ongoing candidate engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree holder who wants to pursue recruiting or human resource work.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati for the training (1 month).
• Amenable to work at night.
